Full kitchen and bathroom remodels, whole-home renovations and room additions for homes across McKinney and east Collin County. One crew, one schedule, one number to ring.
Three kinds of job, run by the same crew from demolition to the last bit of trim.
Cabinets, worktops, flooring, lighting and appliances. Walls moved where the layout needs it, with an engineer's drawing when a wall is load-bearing.
Full gut and rebuild, tiled showers, vanities and fixtures. Tub-to-shower conversions and accessible walk-ins.
Multi-room renovations, opening up a floor plan, primary suite additions and converted garages.
Most remodeling websites won't print a number. We'd rather tell you now than have you take an afternoon off work to find out. These are the bands jobs in this area genuinely land in — sample figures for this demo, but the honest shape of it.
The first consultation is free. We come to the house, look at the space, talk about what you want and tell you which band you're actually in — before anybody designs anything.
After that, design is a paid phase: drawings, selections and a fixed-price build quote. That fee comes off the build if you go ahead with us. If you don't, the drawings are yours to take elsewhere.
Texas does not license remodelers. There is no state licence for this work, so anyone claiming one is telling you something odd. What we can show you is general liability and workers' comp, and the licensed plumber and electrician who work on our jobs.
A ballpark, not a quote. The real number comes after somebody has stood in the room.
A remodeler's worst day is driving across the metro to meet somebody who has fifteen thousand dollars in mind for a forty-thousand-dollar kitchen. Nobody enjoys that conversation and it costs you both an afternoon.
So the number is on the website, and the assistant that answers the phone asks about it too — kindly, early, before anybody books a visit. If the budget and the job don't line up, we'd rather know on the first call and tell you what the money would do.
Free, at your house, about an hour. We measure, talk through what you want and tell you the honest band.
Drawings, materials and a fixed-price build quote. Paid, and credited to the build.
Permits pulled, one crew, a written schedule and a single person you ring when you have a question.
Seven thirty in the morning to five thirty in the evening Monday through Friday, nine to one on Saturday. After hours the assistant picks up, takes the details and texts the owner.
We ask about budget on the first call. Not to qualify you out — to make sure the visit is worth your afternoon.
